McCollum explains how Tasty was developed, how it reached 500 million viewers per month and how it makes money through branded content. Samuelsson, who had appeared on cooking TV shows in the past, came to Tasty last year to teach viewers how to make southern fried chicken; he also discusses how he's using platforms like Instagram and YouTube to reach diners. Also on the menu: How Brexit and Donald Trump's presidency have affected their work, with Samuelsson arguing that American food would not exist without immigrants.
