Kyle Garifo interviews SREC's Investor of the Year, Michael Johnston on this episode of Strategic Real Estate Coach Radio. Michael currently resides in New Orleans, Louisiana and still works his full-time job as the Director of Programs at a rehab facility ON TOP of running his investing business. They discuss how Michael lived through Hurricane Katrina and watched his home and community disappear while living out of a hotel room in Texas. To cope and help rebuild his community, he began studying real estate investing. As a result of his hard work and dedication, he was awarded our Investor of the Year award at our last Flip and Fund Summit 5 in February.
