Show Title: Discover How You Can Live Full Out by Evolving Into Who You are Meant To Be.

The Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari offers guidance as you evolve into who you’re meant to be. Maybe you aren’t satisfied with the career path you chose years ago and are looking to explore new options. Perhaps you’re trying to stick to those New Years Resolutions. Whatever it may be, when we allow ourselves to take a second and think about what we want to be, we are able to refocus and pursue our goals with a new passion.

Our first caller, Philip, is hoping to learn how to cope with the stress he feels at his new, highly involved job. Nancy advises Philip to think of a role model to draw inspiration from. Nancy also encourages him to remember what qualities of his own led him to be hired by this new company. Tune in to learn more about how to handle feelings of overwhelm.

Rocky: motivation to get up in mornings
Our second caller, Rocky, wants advice on how to find the energy to get out of bed in the mornings. Nancy first reminds Rocky of the importance of sleep after an exhausting day. Nancy also recommends that Rocky draws motivation from his interests, and should reach out to loved ones if he’s unsure what those may be. Listen in to hear ways you can tap into a passion to find your purpose in life.

Our inspirational guest, Jordan Grahm, weighed a max of 450 pounds at just 21 years old. He says his binge eating began around first or second grade, and continued through high school. At age 14, he suffered the devastating and unexpected loss of his mother, and his life spiraled out of control, falling into patterns of reckless eating and behavior. Years later, Jordan was hit head-on by a drunk driver, and it woke him up to the need to make changes in his life. After the accident, he began introducing physical activity into his life, and now has lost 200 pounds. Listen to learn more about Jordan’s story and how he was able to overcome his obsessive eating habits.

Our final caller, Caitlin, is wondering how to get over the anxiety she feels as a voice-over talent. Nancy encourages her to remember that she was hired for her talent and to have faith in herself and her dream. Nancy also mentions that sometimes the emotion that comes through in Caitlin’s voice can add personality and can work to her advantage. Tune in to learn how to play to your strengths as you pursue your dreams.

Maybe you’re hoping to break out of a life you’ve outgrown and explore new interests. Perhaps you’re trying to be the best parent, neighbor, or friend that you can be. We all have a purpose, and when we explore our strengths, we are more likely we are to discover our best selves and make a positive impact. Growing into who we’re meant to be provides a sense of fulfillment and allows us to live full out.
