Discover How Finding Your Voice Guides You In Living Full Out

Feb. 20, 2021

The Living Full Out show with Nancy Solari encourages you to find your voice. Whether you want to tell a friend how you have been feeling or perhaps you want to speak up in a meeting. It is important to be your best advocate. Nobody else can express what you are feeling better than yourself!

Our first caller Olivia is a Junior in college and wants advice on if she should stay in her major that is challenging and could bring her GPA down. Her biggest fear of leaving is if she will lose her opportunity to follow her dreams and work in the medical field. Nancy suggests that if she is passionate about the medicine she should meet with someone that she admires to gain advice on what she needs to do to be successful.

Our inspirational guest Kayle Hill was 15 months old when doctors discovered she had Juvenile Arthritis. At 12 years old she was suffering from scoliosis and developed chronic back pain after back surgery. Her health was tested again at age 20 when she diagnosed with two additional conditions: Ehler-Danlos Syndrome and PTSD. Listen to hear how Kayle has been using her voice throughout her life to advocate for herself and take control over her life.

Our last caller Kim has recently been struggling with managing her time and wants to understand why, considering the amount of her work has stayed the same. Nancy said to focus on what has changed about her. If she used to be more focused in a classroom then she needs to make her room at home feel like the same motivational environment.

Perhaps you are scared to voice your opinion or you fear confrontation. Finding your voice is about more than physically speaking. It is taking action over your life and discovering what steps will make you feel your best. Expressing yourself is the first step in Living full out!
