Question Highlights: Why do you think your social media caught on so quickly? What forced you to take action on what you wanted? Four years ago, what would you say you were struggling with the most? Were there things that you had to move through that mobility helped you move through? Is there something that can help people through the fear around resting? What is something you wish more people knew about? Guest Bio: Jen Esquer is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and movement enthusiast.
