We also go back in time to the very first episode of RHONY! We see Lu, Jill, Ramona, Bethenny, and Alex all living their best lives. Alex and Simon say they are one person in two bodies and travel to St. Barts in speedos and thongs while speaking French. Meanwhile, the other ladies head to the The Hamptons to hit some tennis balls. Ramona still thinks she's sexy and Mario has always been a flirt, nothing has really changed.
