Todd started in Real Estate in 2008 mainly flipping homes and over the last decade has completed nearly 150 flips. After growing a rental portfolio of houses and duplexes he transitioned to larger multifamily to capitalize on the economies of scale. Todd currently controls over 350 units.

1. Potential opportunities available.
2. Job growth and in what sectors.
3. Population growth and in what area of the market is the growth.
4. Affordability. Will living be 30% or less of income.
5. What is happening with the Government on a local and national level.
HOW TO PICK GOOD PROPERTY MANAGERS
Vet them by secret shopping their properties as a prospective tenant.
HOW TO FIND GOOD CONTRACTORS
Get references. Go see past projects.
