This episode I talk about the challenges one faces when starting a new habit. For myself I am getting in the habit of creating a daily podcast that adds value to people's lives. While there are some things I do well in my life, the action of creating a new habit I still have ups and downs. Perhaps the same is with you if you are tying to lose a couple pounds, put on more muscle, stay away from tempting foods etc.. If we love the process and remain dedicated to our crafts eventually we will master our habit!
