The weekend, a vacation or just time alone - taking a break is important. It's like rebooting your computer when it's acting up. Your brain can regain its focus with a short break from thestress of work. Unpluging from social media, computers and work is a good thing. If you have made sure your break will not disrupt your work or your business, spending time away and unplugged is a good thing. Keep your thoughts on target with your goals and dreams and do not let others tamper with them at all.
