Today started like every other day. I woke up, had my coffee, ate breakfast and headed to work. But something felt off. I was not my normal self. There was no reason I just felt unmotivated and I did not have a reason. So I really started to understand why and figure out how to get that spark back. I started thinking about what i was thinking about and turned my blah thoughts into positive ones. So I decided to share it with you and give you a few ideas on how you might be able to get your day back by thinking about what your thinking about.
