Toxic Positivity or an Excuse?

So many people talk about toxic positivity that I had to do a podcast about it. No one can be positive 100% of the time. But on the other hand dwelling on the negative for a longer time isn't healthy either. When we focus on the negative or prepare for the worst the worst will happen. When negativity happens you need to accept it, you need to own it, and you need to move on and put it in your past and don't think about it again. Focusing on creating joy and happiness in your life is a good day. Negativity happens it's how we deal with that that makes us who we are.
