Sometimes you wake up and don't feel like doing anything. Self-motivation it's not that hard to achieve. You have to have a desire. Everyone has felt like not doing anything at least one time in your life, by pushing forward and having the willpower to get past that comes with practice. Negative self-talk will never work. Keep your thoughts on target with your goals and dreams and do not let others tamper with them at all. Stay on your defined path towards your goal and let no one derail you.
