My Self Esteem Sucks - What Can I Do?

Low self-esteem usually begins with negative self-talk. The power of the subconscious mind to create your personality and create your life is beyond your belief. Self-talk works both ways, positive and negative. In the show, I try to help a listener regain their self-esteem by excepting who they are and realizing their own accomplishments are great. I think we can all do a little bit better. Think about what you’re thinking about and practice awareness. Stay on your defined path towards your goal and let no one derail you.
