Martial arts movements can help your child get a better feel for their body in space. This is good for kids who struggle with motor skills. It also helps them to understand the power of the mind over the body.

For today's episode, we have here Ms.Heather, a mother of 9-year-old triplets. Her kids were only 3 1/2 when they joined the sovereign. She enrolled her children in a martial arts school and became a part of the team.
