It's two men - one in Reading, one in Sheffield - pretending to Michael Caine and Julie Walters, pretending to be a drunk Open University professor called Frank and a working class hairdresser from Liverpool called Rita. Like in that film Educating Rita. But it's about the town of Reading. I don't know. Just listen to it.
