Justin has 6 years of sobriety, but it wasn't easy. In this episode, he talks about the steps he took to achieve sobriety one day at a time. In 2012, after many setbacks from drugs, alcohol, and women, he saw a movie that changed his life: "Unguarded, the Chris Herren Story". In this movie, Justin saw part of himself and was disgusted, but then inspired to change...to be better...to be sober.
