Trigger Warning: Mentions of suicide/self-harm In this episode, we talked about the experiences and struggles we have had with mental health. It turned into us sharing the way our life has been affecting our mental health so I hope that's okay. We also talked about the impact that overwhelming a friend with your mental health struggles can have on them.
