I am a 26-year-old guy who lives in Mumbai and has easy access to fast internet thanks to technology these days but it also comes with easy access to Porn. I am a Porn addict, I started watching at the age of 14. The longest I have gone without watching it is 1 week. I wish to let go of this habit, could you please suggest a few actions that I can start with."
