Determining how we feel is vital to showing up for ourselves with self-love, showing up as our own person in relationships, and getting what we need. But it can be hard to get in touch with our feelings if we have spent years suppressing them or self-medicating. 

In this episode, I talk about how it may look like to shut down your feelings with an intimacy disorder and how to start the process of feeling your emotions again or for the first time.
