Today we are going back to my forthcoming book, Flipping Houses in Ten Days. I call it this not because you can flip a house in ten days (at least not now) but because it’s ten short chapters and you can pretty easily read it in ten days. Last week I read chapter 5 on the show and didn’t quite get finished. I still had a couple of pages to go when we ran out of time. But that is by far the longest chapter in the book. To prove that point today I’m going to read TWO chapters. Chapters 7 and 8. Chapter 7 is “Count Your Chickens” and Chapter 8 is “Check Up From the Neck Up.” They are coming up in a minute.
