How to handle depression like a f*cking grownup

Dec. 4, 2019

Chronicle — Depression is WEIRD. It's a much weirder disease than you expect it to be. Which is why, if it starts sneaking up on you in your teen years or your 20s, it can be hard to even recognise what it is, let alone know what you're supposed to do about it. So here's your handy-dandy guide to depression (and its best friend, anxiety), and what to do if you or a friend are struggling. This episode features interviews with Kentse Radebe, Executive Director of the South African College of Applied Psychology Foundation; and Limpho, a 20something from Cape Town who's managed depression since she was a teen.
