As part of COP26, TC hosted a virtual executive panel. The speakers discussed possible climate change scenarios related to a transition to a low-carbon economy and how central bankers and financial supervisors can incorporate climate risks and opportunities into regulatory and supervisory practices. They also touched on the need for international collaboration among central bankers, financial supervisors, policymakers, government officials, and financial sector players to address these risks.
