 I've been pretty open about my weight gain during the winter (about 14 pounds to be exact). Safe to say that last year was…yeah. So, my winter weight was def out of the ordinary. I was a little shocked myself when I jumped on the scale in February. 

And hey, maybe you've recently had that come to Jesus moment yourself.

 

You've been stuck in the house all year long, and now that it's getting warm, you're all vaccine'd up (Moderna Mamí over here), you're realizing you may be out of shape… Like way out of shape.

Fast forward to today, and that winter weight that hit me like a ton of bricks is gone and spoiler alert… I didn't kill myself to make it happen.
