Whenever we lose something dear to us, we undergo 5 Stages of Grief. Our guest, Morgan Ferrara, is ranked as one of the Top 30 collegiate soccer coaches under 30 years old across America and was a star on both the college and professional stage during her playing days. She walks us through how mental health played a significant factor throughout her career and how she not only overcame those 5 stages but used her testimony to advocate for mental health awareness at her alma mater UCF. In KEEP KICKIN, we address the stigma towards mental health as it pertains to athletics and how to better foster the relationship between the team therapist and athlete.
