On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I invite guests to share personal stories about small acts of leadership that help shape their lives.

In Episode 31, Alex Slawson describes a coaching technique that has enabled his team to grow and bond. He has coached others at work. Also, Alex explains how his coaching has helped someone outside of work. He then invites us to be present in our conversations.
