On Wednesday episodes, I share leadership beliefs and unlabel terminology. I invite guests to share their expertise about small or big acts of leadership.
In Episode 38, Ajay Pangarkar explains the principle, give up control, by discussing three leadership beliefs. He then shares advice about how we can practice the give-up control principle more effectively.
