On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I invite guests to share personal stories about small acts of leadership that help shape their lives.

In Episode 52, Patrick Ward recalls some insight from a colleague, discusses how he handled the challenge of remote work during a pandemic and advises us to allow employee autonomy. He then provides some examples to illustrate how employee autonomy could affect revenue.
