I invite guests to share personal stories about acts of leadership that help shape their lives. In Episode 60, Nicole Jones explains how a CEO’s belief in her enabled her to excel. She then shares a story of how she coached and enabled a direct report who was promoted to a senior-level role. To help us, Nicole advises how we can become more effective in our communications.

Starting as a professional singer, Nicole transitioned to an Investor Relations and Corporate Communications professional in the finance and biotechnology industries. She pivoted to an executive coach to help others unlock their true potential, realize their vision, and achieve success.
