A new report from the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) states that Russian forces have attacked northwest of Kiev, but are likely unable to complete the encirclement of Kiev. Before the war in Ukraine began, Western Intelligence had received financing and collaboration from various non-governmental organizations, meanwhile Saudi Arabia is speaking with Beijing to accept yuan instead of U.S. dollars for Chinese oil.
