The "weight loss" industry has persuaded you that all you have to do is give them your money and they will put you on some sort of diet or weight loss program. NONSENSE. That is a proven waste of your time and money.

Your problem has nothing to do with food itself. Food just lies there. It was you, and only you, who put that food in your mouth. WHY? Because it made you feel better or stopped you from feeling bad.

All diets and weight loss programs are fatally flawed because they deprive you of foods that you feel you need emotionally. They are based on emotional deprivation - which you can only stand for a short period of time.

Once you emotionally understand why you made yourself overweight or fat it is a simple matter to weight whatever you want to weigh!! Really!! And it's free!!
