This podcast, hosted by Brett J. Wade, PhD, explores a wide range of topics but particularly focused on how we manage those tough times when all you want to do is "chew on glass." The guests are people who have experienced mental health challenges and have resonated with the feeling of "wanting to chew glass" but manage those feelings through healthier means. "Chewin' glass" is a metaphor which describes my feelings when I am overwhelemed, stressed, and emotional. It has nothing to do with actually wanting to chew glass but rather an intense sensation requiring an immediate solution.
