Episode 25 - Justin and I wrap up the LDDC podcast for 2023 in this episode. It's been a huge journey, and we can't thank you (the listeners) enough for your support. To think we'd have over 1k downloads in a little over 6 months and had the chance to talk with some amazing guests as well (Shout out to our guests featured).
We cover some pretty interesting topics in this episode, like puberty and the experience of being a guy in high school, self-esteem and body dysmorphia, along with another mental health check-in and progress update.
