By honing in on my weak points in mixing, I'm not just aiming to bridge the gap in critical areas, but also to open myself up to new knowledge and skills that I can aspire to work on in the future.
These pain points in my mixes create mental blocks and workflow blocks that often lead to frustration and can slow down the mixing process.
