On Monday's Mark Levin Show, Donald Trump is the biggest threat that the ruling class has ever faced and now they're coming after him to get to you. The espionage act cannot be applied to a President and was never even intended to be applied to a former president, and to do so would be unconstitutional. Woodrow Wilson threatened newspapers that challenged his views and used the Espionage Act to jail opponents. To date, more people have been tried under the Espionage Act during Barack Obama's term in office than any other modern president since Wilson. Then, the fourth amendment protects against unreasonable search or seizure. The search warrant into Trump's home gave the FBI access to search anywhere, which explains why they went through former First Lady Melania Trump's closet, violating the Constitution.
