This is an awesome Mat Pilates class brought to you by Pilates and Forrest Yoga instructor, Cher. This class is very challenging and will work your core like nothing else! Pilates is designed to create alignment in the body, as well and strengthen and tone the arms, core and legs. If you've never tried Pilates before but have at least a little experience with yoga or other fitness classes, this is a great place to start! This class is suitable for advanced beginner to advanced students.
