Dr. Patricia O’Gorman, author of The Resilient Woman: Mastering the 7 Steps to Personal Power (2013), and 7 other books, is a speaker known for her warm and funny presentations. A psychologist and resiliency coach, she has worked extensively with women, trauma, children of alcoholics, and as a former executive, directed a rape crises center, and The Division of Prevention for The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism. She is currently developing a workbook and curriculum on tackling girly thoughts: Out Your Girly Thoughts and Embrace Your Strength due 2014.
