Pam Smith worked 8 years as the Certification Program Manager and Director at the Great Lakes Women’s Business Council (formerly known as CEED), she retired in March 2015 and started PTS Compliance Consulting, LLC. PTS provides certification documentation review for minority business owners seeking contracts with corporations that have supplier diversity initiatives.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and 18 years of experience working with compliance issues. The certifications she holds are for a WBE through Great Lakes WBC and an MBE through Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council, as well as, having memberships in the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
