From laid back downtempo joints to broken beat gems and uptempo soulful jams, it's a cornucopia of soulful & rhythmic goodness. As with all my compilations, I try to pick classic sounds with timeless qualities. Mind you, this was my take on progressive soul music in 2006...Although one new track has just been added, overall, I feel it sounds just as refreshing as it did when I first put this out 4 years ago...I hope these sounds are refreshing to your ears & spirit as well...
