Join Kathryn as she interviews writer and former literature professor Jill Teitelman on her book “Saving Gracie”. Recent studies show that nearly one third of the baby boomer generation is facing the difficult reality of spending the rest of their lives alone. Teitelman breaks down surviving the Circle of Hell of online dating when you're over 50, you're single, and you're still searching for Mr. Right. Teitelman has taught writing and literature at the Sorbonne, The School of Visual Arts, Pratt Institute and Simmons College. Kathryn also interviews Huffington Post blogger and leading educator Dr. Rhonda Joy Vansant on her book “Education As It Could Be”. With the constant complaint that schools are turning into diploma mills, Dr. Vansant says that the one size fits all education system in America should get an F. Vansant has held a variety of leadership roles in education, including directing the revision of the Georgia Kindergarten Assessment Program.
