How much calcium does the body need, and are there any other good food sources apart from milk? What can happen if I don’t consume enough minerals? This lecture introduces the marco-minerals, their roles in the body, NRVs and good food sources. Minerals discussed include: calcium, chloride, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and sulphur.
