In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon, Daniel had a dream. In this dream, God gave Daniel insight into four world empires and the end of the age. The four beasts represented the empires of Babylon, Persia, Greece and Rome, while paralleling the rule of the antichrist at the end of the age. In conclusion, God overthrows these kingdom and judges the world.
