Edgar Wilson Nye, better known as Bill Nye, was perhaps one of the most beloved humorists in America. This week, we are reading from his 1887 collection, ‘Cordwood.’

Orphaned at the early age of 300 years, we learn of the remaining six centuries and tobacco addiction of ‘Methuselah.’
