Mo is particularly qualified to talk about this, since it's a perfect intersection of worlds. Not only is Mo a fitness coach and health nut, but he's also a DJ. Mo has spent a lot of time DJing for people while they are literally working out, doing CrossFit, lifting, and just generally getting sweaty.
