People lie, but numbers don’t.

As our businesses and brands grow, we attract more and more people into our network. These individuals will have things to say about our success, and if we’re not careful, we can become distracted by that external noise and lose focus of what’s actually important.

• Understand that you can make more money at that bottom if you’re ruthless
• Normal unemployment rates are at 5-6%
