Welcome to this week’s edition of Run Talk SA with myself, David Katz, Mr Active and I’ve got a really interesting guest on today and it’s not necessarily running specific, but the whole part of running and running these crazy ultras we do in SA, it’s all in your head, it’s all about motivation and just to give you a little bit of a background into our guest this week.
