Feedback's packed tight tonight, as I talk about alot of things, but mainly extend Episode 136, only a little more rambley. Most of the rambling is directed toward Chris Lester's excellent essay which comes really close to being right, and then misses the point completely. Close, though. Real close. You should read it.
Also, the recipe for Irish Nachos:
1 bag kettle chips
6 ounces finely grated Cheddar, approximately 2 1/4 cups
4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
2 cups sour cream
Set 1 of the oven racks on the lowest shelf and preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lay the chips on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the chips with the Cheddar cheese and the bacon. Bake in the oven on the bottom
rack for 7 minutes or until the cheese begins to bubble. Spoon sour cream on top, and sprinkle green onions
