Jake Wood, the Cofounder and CEO of Team Rubicon, www.teamrubiconusa.org, is my guest on this edition of the Business Builders Show with Marty Wolff on www.c-suiteradio.com. Team Rubicon is a nationwide nonprofit that provides military veterans with the opportunity to continue their service by responding to natural disasters and global crises: "Disasters are our business.Veterans are our passion."
I read Jake's book Take Command, Lessons In Leadership: How To Be A First Responder In Business, in 2016. I loved the book and made attempts to have Jake be a guest on the Business Builders Show. I was unable to schedule that interview until I had the honor to moderate a panel at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, PA, that included Jake and others around the topic of supporting entrepreneurship for veterans. I had the pleasure of spending time with Jake and he agreed to be on the show.
