Dr. Ryan Giroux, a resident in pediatrics at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, reads his article called "Bannock as medicine." In the article, Dr. Giroux shares how an encounter with a First Nations patient allowed him to ponder his own identity as a Métis physician.
