In this podcast, Dr. Andreas Laupacis, editor-in-chief for CMAJ discusses the clinical practice guideline for homeless and vulnerably housed people and people with lived homelessness experience. He discusses with Dawnmarie Harriott, who shares her story of homelessness and how she got involved with the guideline group. He also chats with Dr. Kevin Pottie and Dr. Gary Bloch, who are two of the authors of the guideline.Dawnmarie Harriott is a Voices from the Street Coordinator with the organization Working for Change in Toronto. Dr. Gary Bloch is a family physician at St. Michael’s Hospital and Inner City Health Associates in Toronto.Dr. Kevin Pottie is a family physician and clinical investigator at C.T. Lamont Primary Health Care Research Centre and at Bruyère Research Institute and professor of family medicine at University of Ottawa.
