Tired of feeling like everyone around you(but you) seems to be progressing while you wake up to another daily dose of the “same crap that I had to deal with yesterday”?   1. Mind: (Stop suppressing) When the mind focuses on trying to get rid of something, it ends up focusing on that “something” more. (Example: Try not to think about a “pink elephant” right now.)
  2. Body/Mind (Start moving) Take one step in the right direction toward a goal that makes you happy. This can be a physical step (like exercise) or mental (researching your business idea.
  3. Soul (Start appreciating) Contribute to your gratitude list. Even in the most dire circumstances, humans who are able to read this sentence have one thing to be grateful for. Find it.
